Question: If anyone knows anything about deer hunting in Northern VA please post. Good
areas, a friend who has some land, "that little spot that you used to go to but
no one knows about", a key to the myriad of "half-county restrictions", etc....
Answer: would strongly recommend A.P. Hill. It's a large training base with
plenty of hunting areas that support alot of deer. They never turn anyone
away --- they'll get you in a area to hunt. I've taken numerous deer there;
the largest being a 9 pt.
