Question:
I have the day off on Wednesday & would like to go fly fishing -
Something I have not done for many years.
I am looking for a day ticket water within 30 miles of Fleet -
Hampshire.
I want a water that is medium sized as I used to fish the day ticket
water at Stratfield say on the Duke of Wellingtons Estate near
Basingstoke, & so I am looking for something similar.

Well what a great day I had!
The weather was great & I caught 3 Triploid trout to 5 Lbs
I also had a very exciting hour on the river Ichen that runs through the
site catching little wild brown trout although a 9ft rod on a small
river is a bit difficult!
I would recommend this venue to anyone, it is very friendly &
picturesque.
I am now looking to take my young 11 year old nephew there for the day
to teach him the art of fly fishing
