Answer:
WE have some land for sale that's cheap, Owner Financed, etc and
beautiful country. Good mule deer hunting, too. Tracts that are
between 125 and 1000 acres (+/- a little) for around $100 to $150 per
acre. Owner will finance as low as $495 down.
