Question:
I would like info on some good target archery bows. Take down or
"one-piece"? Recurve or Longbow? What are the pros and cons to these? I'm
6'2" and have a 32 in draw. I would like a bow that is 30lbs @ 28". (
$100.00 to $200.00 range preferably, but will spend more to get deserved
quality ).
Answer:
I think that if you want a good target bow... you need a recurve. When i
was in the archery club in school, my coach shot with a Yamaha. It was a
breakdown limb type with a magnesium handle. I am not quite sure the
model number but it was one of the only of its type. I know that you are
looking into a cheeper bow but it is WELL DESERVED QUALITY! That's just
my $0.02 worth.
