I have never killed a mulie, and in fact have only seen one or two in my life.
How about it, mulie-murderers? Are they really that dumb? Can it be that
there exists a deer so easy to kill its species existence is threatened?
Answer:
The main danger to the mule deer, I think, is its lack of
adaptability. Unlike its older ancestor, the whitetail, the mulie is
less tolerant to human encroachment, changes in habitat, severe winters
or drought, etc. Plus the mule deer doesn't have the
paranoid-schizoprenic personality of the whitetail. But as far as
being easier to kill,
