Answer: Go to the outflow of Niagara Mohawk Power in Dunkirk
harbour. Cast out your baits with enough weight to reach
bottom (8-12') in heavy current.
Reel in smallie after smallie. Please remember to let some
go... I wouldn't want to eat a fish living in the outflow of
a generating station after all.
