Question: Can anyone provide the bill number for the new law supposedly
passed recently that pertains to hunting (and shooting) near or
across fence lines on adjoining property?
Answer: All three bills have been referred to the House Committee on
Culture, Recreation and Tourism. The committee has set no hearing
dates. Information on the bills can be found on the Texas Legislature's
Web site, www.capitol.state.tx.us. Should any of the three bills pass,
the new law would take effect Sept.
