A friend will be going to the White River near Tablerock and also into
Arkansas during mid-Feb. for an annual fly fishing trip. He would like to get
information about stream and river conditions and if anyone knows the
upcoming weather forcast. He is mostly concerned with the possibility of
high water on the White River and what has been happening
Answer:
The Bull Shoals Dam releases vary day to day this time of the year --
and so does the weather. However, the annually awaited shad release
could happen during your friend's visit. Tell him to pack plenty of
silver and white flies just in case.
