Wondering if anyone on here fly fishes? I am going into the Smoky Mts.
& Boone, NC soon to do some, and my rod snapped. Need to know if
anyone can recommend a good one to me.

There is no one good answer. It's how the rod feels to you, it's the
kind of fishing you do, it's your budget. Outside of Boone is a cool
store, Applachian Anglers. The in-town store is pretty corporate and
I thought the guy was a dick.
Bottom line, go to a few fly fishing only shops, find people you're
comfortable with, and tell them what you're after. If they're cool,
they'll take a lot of time for you, let you cast the rods, and then
they'll hook you up with a decent, general purpose rod. An 8' or 9'
5wt or 6wt is a classic starter rod, but the brand will be up to your
budget. And spending more isn't necessarily going to catch you more
trout.
Asking for a brand recommendation on a phish board is, frankly, a
mistake.
