Question:
Recently on ebay I saw a home-made bench top bow press for sale. It looked
to be very well made and very adjustable. Does anyone have a set of plans,
or maybe some more detailed pictures on one?
Answer:
Not a real bow press, but it does the job very well for a few $$...
I've uploaded a pic of how I made it: piece of bicycle chain, a
"normal" piece of chain in the middle (to accomodate different lenght
bows) and two ??? 's (I haven't a clue what they're called in
english). All ordinary hardware store stuff.
