What do you think are the most important computer games in the different areas and overall?
Answer:
I haven't played all of the games you listed in your post, but I generally
agree with the ones I did see and have played. I'm not much into turn-based
strategy, but two significant games in that genre IMHO are from Interstel -
the original Empire, and Starfleet 1 - The War Begins! As far as sports go,
it's hard to say. Wayne Gretzky Hockey was good, but I remember the first
two versions of the NHL series from EA (NHL Hockey and NHL 95) were also
well-received by the public. NHL 96, like other 96 games from EA, offered a
tremendous boost in terms of graphics and sound, but I thought the game play
was lacking.
